The sisters revisit their childhood sanctuary in Hidden Hills as Kris Jenner lists the legendary $13.5 million property, marking the end of an era filled with unforgettable memories.
Kylie and Kendall Jenner are closing a heartfelt chapter in their lives.
On Thursday, April 10, Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to share an emotional farewell to the iconic family home where much of Keeping Up with the Kardashians was filmed—a place that shaped their childhood and the early years of their fame. The sentimental walkthrough with her sister Kendall marked one last visit before the Hidden Hills mansion is sold.
“This was Kendall’s bathroom… obviously the complete opposite,” Kylie, 27, narrated as she showed the bright, airy space, contrasting it with her own sleek black bathroom. “Saying goodbye to my bathroom growing up,” she added with nostalgia. The tour also included snaps of the home’s dramatic staircases, captioned simply, “So many beautiful memories.”
The 8,860-square-foot estate, purchased by Kris Jenner in 2010 for $4 million and now listed for $13.5 million, has been a long-standing symbol of the Kardashian-Jenner legacy. Boasting six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a designer-grade backyard with a pool, an outdoor lounge, and a fireplace, the home served as the setting for many memorable moments on the family’s hit reality show.
Not only was it a backdrop for family milestones and onscreen drama, but it was also a gathering space for Kris, 69, her former spouse Caitlyn Jenner, and their six children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Rob, Kendall, and Kylie.
According to The New York Times, Kris transferred ownership of the property to a family trust following her 2015 divorce from Caitlyn. The house, currently unoccupied, is available fully furnished for an additional $400,000—offering potential buyers a chance to own a piece of pop culture history.
“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Kris said in a statement to the Times earlier this year.
As the Jenners bid farewell, fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians are reminded of how deeply entwined this home is with the family’s journey—from private moments to public milestones. With the sale, one of reality TV’s most iconic residences turns the page, making room for new beginnings—both for its next owners and for the Kardashian-Jenner legacy.
